Over the past many years, I have concentrated my practice in the representation of injured workers and other victims of personal injury. The competent representation of injured employees today requires comprehension of far more than Florida's Workers' Compensation Law. Federal and state employment discrimination laws, Social Security benefits, wage and hour laws, employee benefits under ERISA and COBRA, and common law remedies all significantly affect the disabled employee and require careful consideration if the client's interests are to be fully served. My practice includes cases involving personal injury and workers' compensation, Social Security disability cases, employment discrimination issues, and employee benefits litigation.
