Prior to its dissolution in 1992, Jon B. Clarke was a shareholder and director of Clarke & Waggener, P.C., a downtown Denver firm founded in 1966. He now concentrates his practice on Chapter 11 business reorganizations, Chapter 7 consumer liquidations, private debt workouts, and expert witness duties. From Denver Tech Center offices Mr. Clarke provides second-generation insolvency-law expertise to operating and liquidating trustees, as well as professional, business, entrepreneurial and consumer debtors. His experience as a metropolitan-area real estate broker, developer, and investor has been particularly useful in representing clients involved in recreational, residential, and commercial project acquisitions and debt restructuring.
