We are a firm dedicated to serving the people. Our clients are primarily individuals, as opposed to insurance companies or manufacturers. Our office has been serving clients for more than 15 years.

We represent victims and their families in serious injury and death cases resulting from vehicular accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, and other areas of negligence law throughout Virginia.

We regularly represent individuals charged with Reckless Driving, Speeding, and other moving violations.  In most cases we can get the original charge lowered to a non-moving violation or completely dismissed.  Ordinarily, we can appear in Court so our client is not required to return to their hearing.

This firm is result driven. Consequently, we are highly selective and cannot accept every potential client's case. Limiting the number of cases we accept allows us time to give each case the individual attention it deserves.

Our preparation and willingness to take a case to trial, coupled with our successful track record against the insurance companies, enhances the results we achieve for our clients. As a result, many of our cases are resolved to the satisfaction of our clients without going to trial. We never settle a case without the complete agreement of our client.
