Philip A. Bareck has been with Katz Friedman since 1991, became a partner in 2003, and a shareholder in 2007. Phil did a wonderful job in representing me during my Workman's Comp case. I couldn't be happier with all of the work that he put in for me and the outcome of the case. I can’t put into words how great Phil is ! But I would highly recommend him, it has never felt like a client/attorney relationship, more like a brother , my case had so many challenges, twists and turns , I was always kept up to date on the progress of my case , Phil truly cares ,I’m truly grateful in every aspect of how Phil treated me and handled my case!! Working with him was a wonderful experience. He explained the whole process every stop of the way in terminology i would understand. I knew that if I had any questions or issues he would get back to me right away. He treated me like a person and not dollar signs. He is by far the most pleasant professional I have dealt with. I will definitely be referring any friends or family to him!

I lost 2 different Attorneys for various reasons, and my cases were in limbo, but Mr. Bareck took my call even though he could not represent me. He contacted Attorneys at a different firm were my cases were at, and on my behalf Philip helped get my other cases resolved. Because of his dedication to helping injured autoworkers, I chose him to represent Me on 3 Workers Compensation claims that were resolved in a reasonable time though he had to fight very hard to win them. Especially the disputed one. Unfortunately I have had several WC Attorneys represent Me in the past. Philip Adam Bareck is hands down the best one I've met. Honest, Straight Talk, Compassionate about You as a person and doing the best job he can for You and Me. Give him a call you will not be disappointed!
