Hired Attorney

Joe Pagano was a repulsive lawyer and I wouldn't wish him on my worst enemy. He presented me with a completely bogus plea deal that was much higher than what I was actually facing. He ignored my calls and never looked at my case. He dropped my case with no warning because I wouldn't take a plea deal that was double what I was truly facing. He discussed my case in front of people who were not representing me. He is a horrible lawyer who cares nothing about his clients. He will work for the prosecution and not for you. Guaranteed.

Hired Attorney

I stand free,dismissed of 3 bogus felonies(David Mull 1-16-14 clev Hts)but only because I was wise enough to completely ignore Pagano LIES.this cowardly Vernon insisted upon "deal"and refused to even discuss clearly bogus case.He left me to languish in jail for 4 months,seeing me for only 10 combined minutes in 3 visits.I fired him and 3 other cuyahoga attys(jack green and Kevin Spellacy)and was dismissed.Spellacy threatened me the day I refused to take even tiny tiny deal.I went home free 12-10
