Attorney made several errors including page length, calendering, and in the discovery process which led to issues. The attorney was fired and it seems that the firms as falling apart as we trusted another attorney there who left. It was just David and an office manager who is not a paralegal when we left.
Lacks resources. A slow, point and peck typer who does everything at his "partner" rate but has no junior staff or paralegal support. Claims he needed to do it all because of the importance of the work...turns out its just a lack of resources. Misrepresented issues on the case, had to hire other lawyers to clean up things. Made errors and did not admit to them until called out by other lawyers. Missed a key deadline. Made document errors that opposing lawyers capitalized on. Failed to secure an agreement in writing which led to very limited discovery. All of the lawyers listed on this page do not work there.
*Only speaking for California Federal cases. Not strong with the recent rules and regs. Miscalculated an important filing deadline and violated page limit in another which is obviously not ideal.
