Jon Anderson represented me in the sale of my house and the purchase of a townhouse. Both transactions were professional, and efficient. I always knew that my interests were being protected and the closings were friendly and worry-free. I strongly recommend Mr. Anderson for any real estate transaction.
I was given great advice on building my business and opening an office.
Got me nothing more than what I already had. All he did was show me & write up a more formal version. Took a year & Cost me over $20,000. Stay away unless you want to waste your money in my personal opinion. Stupid if you use this lawyer.
Stay away from this firm. Mr. Andersons license has been suspended and he is NOT allowed to practice in Illinois and a couple of other states. And it is due to his temper problem. Research for your self. He hires lawyers right out of school.
This has been an absolute miserable experience. Poor communication, no integrity, and they only care about is billing the clients. I would not recommend using Anderson and Assoc to anyone.
Anderson & Associates had represented me in my divorce case. I have been emailing and calling Mr. Jonathan Anderson since 11/7/2019 due to a discrepancy between what was agreed upon and signed on my Marital Settlement Agreement and what was entered in court, with no response, until today, 3/23/2020. He finally answered my call to tell me why his firm has not made any mistakes, telling me the Judge must have crossed off the amounts within the already signed agreement, argued and talked over me for 30 minutes without allowing me to speak, and then told me I could fix this mistake by hiring another attorney. After pleading to be heard, he then stated that his hourly rate is $400 per hour and that he will not talk to me for free and if I want to sue him, I can try, and then hung up on me. This attorney should be disbarred and anyone needing a divorce attorney should definitely avoid this firm.
No response to phone calls and emails. You receive a phone call from Chris when it is time for him to collect money. I had to deal with Chris Maurer for over 3 years and I could not change him because I was out of state and did not have the time to come to Illinois and interview lawyers. I attended court 2-3 times and did not see too much competence.
